Vanessa Rosario

Halloween lives in my soul. I’m gothic, bold, unapologetic, and obsessed with the macabre. I don’t celebrate Halloweenβ€”I embody it. πŸ–€πŸŽƒ

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experiences are honestly the ones spent with my kids. πŸ–€πŸŽƒ Halloween has always been a big deal in our house. I love getting dressed up, doing the makeup, decorating, and watching them get excited about their costumes and trick-or-treating. I’m already a spooky, gothic person year-round πŸ˜‚ so Halloween just feels like my season. But seeing that same excitement through my kids makes it even more special.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d make it to the end of a horror movie because while everyone else is screaming, I’m already three plot twists ahead. πŸ˜‚ I know better than to investigate the basement, follow creepy whispers into the woods, or say “I’ll be right back.” But more importantly, darkness doesn’t scare me,I’ve always found beauty in it. Give me the haunted house, the masked killer, the creepy forest and the final chase. I’m not just surviving until the credits roll I’m be the final girl they make the sequel about.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d take that unlucky $13,000 and prove that luck is what you make of it. πŸ–€ I’d invest in my creative dreams—growing my photography, sewing, and event business—while creating something meaningful and lasting for my family. And because life shouldn’t be all work, I’d save a little for an unforgettable spooky adventure with my kids. The number 13 might scare some people, but not me. Give me the bad luck—I’ll turn it into magic. πŸŽƒπŸ–€βœ¨

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life heroes are my kids—and they’re the ones I’d survive the horror movie with. They’ve already taught me how fierce I can become when the people I love need me. Throw us into a haunted house, unleash the zombies, cue the masked killer—I’m not freezing, and I’m definitely not leaving anyone behind. Whatever is hunting us should probably be asking itself one question: Can it survive me? πŸ–€πŸ”ͺπŸŽƒ
