Probably the Halloweens where everything just felt a little more magical are the ones I remember most—the best movies, the chill in the cold October air, the great costumes, spooky decorations, the haunted houses, laughing until your stomach hurt, and being surrounded by people who just make the night unforgettable... Those are the Halloweens that just stick with me! ✨🌙

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d survive by refusing to do any of the stupid horror-movie things. 😂🔪 “We’re not splitting up.” “We’re not going into that basement.” “We are NOT investigating that noise.” “And if the creepy house is abandoned, it can stay that way.” I’ve got common sense, a little stubbornness, and a healthy amount of “I told you so.” And that my friends…Well, that’s survival material. 🤣🪓🖤

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

Honestly? I’d turn that $13,000 into an opportunity to grow my MicroMarket Community Collective, rescue more surplus food, and help provide fresh, nourishing groceries to local families facing food insecurity. I’d invest in expanding our reach, getting more rescued food to people who need it, and creating more opportunities for our community to access food with dignity. Because if $13,000 is supposed to be unlucky, I’d rather turn it into something magical that helps feed my community. 🎃🖤

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

If I’m going to survive a horror movie, I want my bestie who can stay calm, fix things, protect us, and actually have a plan when everyone else is screaming. Basically… I need someone who can handle the monsters while I provide moral support, laughs and questionable commentary. Plus, they’re slower than me… so technically, I already have a survival plan. 💋 🏃‍♀️💨
