What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

When I was just a little girl, I used to go to the Trailers Of Terror with my dad here in Minnesota. There was a werewolf there and, at that age, I was fully convinced that he was real and he was my dog. I used to call for him and make him go with me through the haunted houses so that he could protect me from the other monsters. This was how I grew past my fear of the haunted houses. I couldn’t have been more than 5 years old, walking through haunted houses on my own with my pet werewolf.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I have final girl energy. Much like my destined idol, Sidney Prescott, I’d fight back and face my fears as they presented themselves. I’ve always found a way to adapt to my surroundings, even if it was out of range of my comfort zone. If you want to survive, you adapt.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

That’s a tough question, of course I wouldn’t want to be selfish with it. I’d likely save it and eventually put it towards getting more land like I’ve been wanting to so that I can have my own farm again and be able to offer my home to animals in need from time to time. I would also likely donate some of it to one or more of the rescues that I follow. I’ve always loved animals and wanted to make the world better for them in any way that I can.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My mom and dad. Even though they’re not married and never have been, they separated before I was born, they’ve always worked hard to be there for me and raise me together for as long as I can remember. I love them and I’d absolutely fight for their lives just as hard as I’d fight for my own life. My parents deserve the world, because they always made sure I had the world when I was growing up. I’ll always appreciate them for that.
