I've studied serial killers thoroughly and have been watching horror movies since 1994. I know the old rules, the sequel rules, the trilogy rules, the NEW rules ... and I have a LOT of feminine rage so I've got that final girl energy.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Due to a severely abusive relationship, I developed depression and anxiety to the point where I locked myself away for a long time and neglected my health. I'd handle that. If there's anything left over, it would go to the women's shelter up the street that helped me.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My grandfather survived a total of 7 ghettos and camps during WWII. If I could channel young Joe, I'd have him by my side on a heartbeat. He's my hero, my child's namesake, and my inspiration.
