What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
When I was in my early teens, I had my first haunted house experience on Halloween and I fell in love with the campy, cheap fun of it all. Yeah, you could tell the decorations were silly and falling apart. The makeup and costumes weren't very scary but the actors made it exciting and that kind of effort has motivated me all these years later into cosplay, larping and hand building props.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
OK, first of all, I'd NEVER drop my weapon after one hit! Such an annoying cliche. Second, I'm not splitting the group unless absolutely necessary, I'm not taking any dumb risks and I'd always double tap.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Save up towards owning my own home so that I can go all out for Halloween and be the spookiest house on the block.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My insanely practical friend, Katie. She's the one who wrangles me back whenever I suggest buying haunted dolls or messing with ouija boards. She'd be the voice of reason in any ridiculous situation.
