My favorite memorable experience would have to be when I was a little girl in the '80s. Wearing those plastic creepy Halloween costumes. I remember I went as Garfield that was so dope.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I have the exact combination of practical grit, sharp observational skills, humor, and resourceful DIY instincts required to outsmart the monster, outlast the panic, and drive off into the sunrise as the credits roll.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would use the $13,000 as a down payment on a cabin in the woods. After a couple of tough years following the passing of my husband, creating a peaceful, self-reliant space in nature is my absolute priority. It would give me the fresh start, stability, and creative sanctuary I’ve been working toward.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real-life superhero is my partner, Jay. Built like a powerhouse with genius-level smarts and incredible strength, he came into my life when I was facing a very dark path after losing my husband. Jay didn't just support me through that grief—he helped me rediscover who I am, rebuild my confidence, and figure out what I truly want out of my future. A real superhero uses their strength to empower the people around them, and that is exactly what Jay has done for me.
