What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

One Halloween, I went all out with my costume and decorations, only to have a little kid at the door completely outshine me with the most creative costume I had ever seen. We ended up laughing, taking pictures, and talking about Halloween for almost an hour. It reminded me that the best part of Halloween isn’t being the scariest—it’s creating moments people remember.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d make it to the end because I’m observant, calm under pressure, and I don’t make the classic horror-movie mistake of saying, “Let’s split up!” 😂 I’d pay attention to the details, trust my instincts, stick with my group, and always have an escape plan. Survival is about thinking ahead—and I’m definitely not checking out that creepy basement.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d turn the “unlucky” $13,000 into something lucky. I’d put a portion toward my future, use some to create unforgettable experiences with the people I love, and save the rest. And, of course, I’d keep a little aside for an epic Halloween celebration—because winning $13,000 and NOT throwing the ultimate Halloween party would be a missed opportunity!

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life hero would be my mom. She’s strong, calm, resourceful, and somehow always knows what to do when everyone else is panicking. If a horror movie ever became real, I’d want her beside me—not only because she’d help us survive, but because we’d probably be arguing about which way to run the entire time.
