My most memorable Halloween experience had to do with a haunted house where everyone complimented my looks after making me scream as high-pitched as possible. It was very fun and very wholesome, in spite of the scares.

I write horror stories. I know how they work. I'm not afraid of a killer or a ghost or a monster: I am a witch and I am strong.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I'd get a Halloween tattoo in commemoration, maybe pay off some of my car.

Anthony Bourdain would've survived a horror movie.
