What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

Dressing as Johnny The Homicidal Maniac and running errands around town…casual, holding doors for older folks…smiling, walking past no costumes allowed signs…posing. Loved watching strangers get jump scared, while I acted like it was normal everyday wear for me.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I treat horror movies like TV dinner families treat the show Jeopardy. Everytime a victim has a killer after them and comes to that decision crossroad. I’m locked in with the correct answer. What is indulge yourself later for $100, Who is strength in numbers for $200, Where is I’ll stay here for $300, What is I didn’t hear a noise for $400, and Who is the killer isn’t dead so keep going for $500. Seriously. Don’t stop until you run out.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

We weren’t able to go on a honeymoon after our wedding, and we’ve always wanted to go to Salem for a Halloween week of haunted legacy and decorative festivities. That seems like a fitting way to celebrate. The rest would go towards our much needed savings. Both would be life changing, so I’ll be over here holding my breath. No pressure…still holding it btw.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My wife. She selflessly sacrifices herself for the well being of the 2 sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. She’s a strong mama bear that can beat any challenge, especially if you tell her she can’t. She has a boulevard of street smarts, a morbid sense of humor, so we’ll forget about our bad situation. While we’re finding a life hack loop hole. She also needs hugs, so I’ll keep warm in the woods or abandoned house. She’s really pretty, and that’ll distract the killer, while I take ‘em out! Let’s go!
