I just released my novel The Ghost Of Pickleball Past. So I write for Halloween as well as live for it.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
When I was 18, I took a lady I was interested in to an abandoned house to scare her and protect her to get a date. In the house an owl flew out of a gunny sack. The gunny sack flew at us. We both ran out of house in the car. Turned the radio on and Hotel California immediately comes on the radio. My plan backfired. I was more freaked out and scared then she was. Needless to say I never got that date with her. 😂
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
If I was in a horror movie I would make it to the end by doing as many outrageous crazy things I could, like giving the monster a snuggy. Directors will never kill the crazy fun guy. The boring people get sliced up first.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Take a trip to Transylvania of course. I'm 100 percent sure Dracula's not dead. I'm going to party my ass off with that dude. I'll load his special blood vodka drink Ill make him with sleeping pills. He will be hungover and passed out. I'll then take over his palace and take my place as the new prince of darkness.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Patrick Mahomes. If he can win three Superbowls I guarantee he can slaughter monsters with his football passing accuracy. Myself and all of Red Kingdom will load footballs with dynamite for him to pass into the face of the monsters and blow the hell out of them.
