Rebekah Sterling

Halloween is my favorite holiday, I decorate September 1st. We also build a haunted house for friends and neighbors. It’s a terrifying time.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My daughters and I went to Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. They had a haunted house which was awesome and we investigated the outer buildings.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would not run upstairs for one, you have to want to survive and try to outsmart what or who is trying to get you. You can be scared but stay in control.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would definitely buy more Halloween decorations for the Haunted House to make it even better for family and friends to enjoy.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

Well that would be my sister Amy. I admire her strength and resilience that no matter how many times life’s knocks her down she just picks herself up and continues on.
