What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experience is as a kid watching my first scary movie, The Exorcist. Nothing compared to watching the head of Linda Blair as Regan turn around on her shoulders. Then, there was the slimy, green vomit! The movie left me with chills as a nine year old, but what household wasn’t tuned into The Exorcist in the 70’s and early 80’s, especially at Halloween. Watching this movie will always be a memorable experience that has shaped my love for the world of horror ever since.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would make it to the end of a horror movie because I don’t take any crap off of any being, including the supernatural ones. I’m not afraid. You won’t find me huddled in a corner with the cry babies. I’m coming out loud and proud and going to make my presence known, too. I want to be the chaser not the chased, the hunter not the hunted, the predator and not the prey, the nightmare and not the one who wakes up screaming from it. Because dangerous beings lurk inside the shadows…

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

$13,000 can not be unlucky. I have debts to pay so that is where the money would go. I wish I could say it would go somewhere special, but the truth is getting groceries and paying bills is the somewhere special. Just having a rainy day fund would be nice to have.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My partner-in-crime and partner-in-life Chris would be my real life hero. He works hard to take care of me and helps to do the things I find hard to do for myself. Without him by my side, I would be lost. He is a good man with a kind heart and is always willing to lend a helping hand for his friends and neighbors. He can throw a hatchet and throwing stars, so in a zombie apocalypse, I think he would be a big help. 😆 He is my best friend and biggest fan. I wouldn’t do a horror movie without him.
