Halloween is not only my favorite holiday, but a holiday I celebrate each of the 365 days that I am given. As a cosplayer, it’s hard not to!
Help your favorite Halloween fanatic appear in Rue Morgue Magazine, take home $13,000, and join Kane Hodder for a ghost hunt.
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
I got into costume design when I was young with my mom. She’s always made her own costumes for our local Renaissance Fair so making my Halloween costumes became a loved tradition. I remember going to her with ridiculous ideas that she helped make a reality. When I was 12, I told her I wanted to cosplay a triangle villain from my favorite cartoon and she made it happen. I wouldn’t be here without those moments.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Firstly, I’m going for the front door, not the stairs. Secondly, who’s going to watch the movie without a good scream queen? I’m a fast runner with great lungs, so if anyone dies it will be the people trying to help me escape. Sorry guys, I gotta keep running!
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would help my mom come visit since she is about 8 hours away from me. Then, when she’s in town, I’d buy a sewing kit so we can make our own costumes together. I want to show her what I’m made of because of her!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Florence Pugh always survives her horror movies. Her and I would be the dream team.
