Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
When so was six years old I had a crush on the teenage boy next door. On Halloween I was standing in my driveway, dressed as Barbie, when said teenage boy appeared from behind a light post swooshing his cape and walking hurriedly toward me, wearing a black mask (it was very cinematic) I scream cried. He took off his mask and tried to comfort me and all I could do was yell “you ate (insert boys name)!” And kept crying out of embarrassment.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I would survive a horror movie because I did karate till I was 12 before changing to dance. Between being light on my feet and all the katas I had to do, I a confident it would all kick in when called to do so. I am also a really heavy sleeper, so there is a chance I might just sleep through all the action.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would find a silver lined box hand carved by a sailor who was burdened by the black spot. Take out the money in two dollar bills, tens, twenties, and hundreds. Travel to Bonaventure Cemetery and bury the box in Johnny Merced’s grave site, under a full moon while an older lady sang hyms and made us martinis. To be unearthed in a Fortnite, breaking the bad luck.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Tim Curry is a real life hero of mine. What an amazing performer. And so versatile. One of the first scary movies I ever saw was IT. He would know how to confuse the bad guy and get them thinking that we were actually the ones hunting them……Or where we all along?
