Every Halloween I try going to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, walking movie sets from actual films. I’m a horror film genre buff
Will Matthew Ortega haunt the pages of Rue Morgue Magazine, take home $13,000, meet our cast of horror icons, and join Kane Hodder for a ghost hunt? It’s up to you to decide their fate...
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
I think always going to Universal Halloween horror nights with a group of friends and having a night of it, reliving the nostalgia and discussing the memories made with some of our favorite horror franchises and icons.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I’ve seen enough of them and worst case scenarios I think I’d be able to think in the moment better than most, good fight or flight instincts.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Go on tour with my friends that are a group of super musicians, touring overseas and here at home in the states.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Well probably because I’m a huge Spider-man fan I would have to say: Tom Holland, not sure he would do a horror film though but hey, he’s the biggest movie star today so who knows?
