What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experience has to be when I was just 10. I used to move a lot as a child, but the town we finally stayed in the longest were all Halloween lovers. Everyone decorated their house with intricate designs and it truly felt like HalloweenTown. I remember going to a huge house that had flashing strobe lights playing the Halloween theme, a man dressed as Michael Myers stalking the lawn. There were king size candy bars in the middle but you had to pass him to get it.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I watch horror movies 24/7, and consistently learning horror patterns helps a bunch. However, newer films have offered unique scenarios. I think the reason I would make it to the end is that I’m lazy; I sometimes drop out of plans and stay at home a lot instead of going out to the woods on a camping trip. Other than that, I’m black, and we do not investigate strange noises.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

To be honest, I would put the $13,000 toward my horror movie YouTube channel. I review horror movies while doing my makeup, as well as visit horror conventions and filming locations. Those things can get expensive when you’re just starting out, and I already try to keep my content budget-friendly. Winning would give me the opportunity to invest more into my channel and bring even more fun, creative content to my viewers.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My dad, without a doubt. He’s my best friend and always takes me along for my spooky adventures. Even though horror can creep him out sometimes, he’s always supported my love for it and taken a genuine interest. We also think alike when it comes to surviving a horror movie. I feel like we wouldn’t even need to explain our plans to each other. We’d just know what the other was thinking.
