I’ve always felt a connection to being something out of this world. Halloween is the perfect way to be myself, free of judgement and fear.

Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
I have many memorable experiences but the one that sticks out is being 12 and finally getting to wear a scary costume (a zombie bride) for the first time after begging for years. I put on the makeup and knew that I had to continue once I was old enough to pay for myself. It was the best feeling.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I have amazing pattern recognition. I know when not to shout “hello” into a room with a villain. I’m also very good at being quiet and hiding in unorthodox places. Ask my friends, I’ve scared them on multiple occasions. Being light footed is a benefit people don’t think about.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I fostered puppies and a momma dog last year. I would love to be able to foster more animals without worry of cost like last time. I kept the mom and it was the best choice. Vet bills are expensive, even if you work at a vet clinic like I do. I have so many ideas, but ultimately, that would be my main goal other than paying off some debt as most people would.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real life hero is Lady Gaga. She has been a role model to me since I was 11 and being heavily bullied. I learned that being myself was more than OK. I’ve worked with her foundation since. I’d love to meet her someday. She combines being a character and yourself all at the same time. Using art as expression of pain or joy. That’s who I want to be. Someone who accepts every part of myself and others. She taught me that.
