What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

I’d say every Halloween is a memorable experience. I always try to go all out on my costumes; I’ve done Daredevil, Ben 10, Oldboy, a hot dog, McLovin, Ghostface, chicken jockey, you name it! A specific experience though; I went to a local art house theater showing Hausu back in 2022 and got to meet Art the Clown there!!! He was standing in the lobby greeting people, really nice guy :)

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

As a massive consumer of the genre, lover of slasher films, and enthusiast of Scream, I think I have all the necessary tools and understanding for what it takes to survive a horror movie. Besides slashers, I love every single subgenre of horror; cosmic horror, sci fi horror, comedy horror, creature features, paranormal/demonic horror, inanimate object horror, zombie horror. I think I’m prepared for any scenario! Also, as a minority (Asian), I think I immediately gain some brownie points lol.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I am planning to move to Chicago sometime next year so I would definitely contribute to those funds! Otherwise, there are a lot of movies on the physical media wishlist that I need to pickup👀 Been meaning to buy the Possession 4K Blu Ray, search for a Friday the 13th collection box set, finally own the Final Destination movies!

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

I think me and Robert Pattinson could totally survive a horror movie together! Pattinson is my favorite working actor and I am so inspired by his work ethic, dedication to roles and just how versatile he is in his craft. Also, with him being in The Lighthouse, I know he has some horror experience. So we’d either make it to the end together or we’d completely lose our minds together and be stuck on an island drinking and singing tunes forever…
