John David

Halloween has always felt like me. I love the horror, costumes, and creativity, and I’d bring that same energy to represent Halloween.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable experience would have to be last year’s Halloween night. For that night I and my friends went to McAllen Horror Nights, and I was chosen to be the group leader and when we went in the building I was leading my group across all the buildings and obstacles. I loved it so much in there, there were jump-scares left and right and so perfectly placed. And my whole experience in there was so much fun. I was feeling so attracted there with all the scary surprises.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would make it to the end of a horror movie because I have common sense and I’ve seen horror movies before and know the rules and logic behind them. I am always aware of my surroundings, and checking behind my back. I am also mentally strong and I am able to go through hard situations.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would help out my family and friends with the important things, and I’ll help out the less fortunate people that are in need. I would also save some of it for my future too. But most of the money would go out for the people in need.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life hero would be Skeet Ulrich, who played Billy Loomis in Scream 1996. He is the one who brought interest in me to slasher and horror movies. And I would want to survive with basically anyone in a horror movie, and it has been my dream to be in a horror movie like that too.
