What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My favorite Halloween memory is going to a small haunted house with my family in Lake Havasu, AZ. At the end, a clown with a chainsaw chased us, and one of my sisters came running out screaming! I loved it so much that I begged to go through again. The staff thought it was hilarious that a little kid wanted a second round and asked my name. When I went through again, every scare actor used my name to scare me. It made the whole experience feel like it was made just for me.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I think I’d find the ghost, ghoul, or madman so intriguing that they’d be caught completely off guard by me. I’ve seen enough horror movies to recognize the danger immediately, but I’d probably throw them off by gushing about how fascinating they are. Hopefully, that would stun them long enough for me to escape. Of course, if I actually had to run, I’d probably just give up and let them take me.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’m planning to move to Chico, California, to be closer to one of my sisters. With an extra $13,000, I’d probably make the move much sooner instead of waiting until I’ve saved enough. I’d put it toward moving expenses, a security deposit, and all the little costs that come with starting over somewhere new. Basically, I’d use my unlucky $13,000 to make my next chapter happen a whole lot sooner!

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

I honestly don’t have one specific real-life hero in mind, so I’d probably choose my sister, Stephanie. Not because she’s trained to fight monsters or anything, although I’m sure she’d surprise me, but because I’d rather survive a horror movie with someone I trust. If we’re going to be chased by ghosts, killers, or something that definitely should not be alive, I want someone beside me who knows me well enough to laugh with me while we’re running for our lives.
