Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
The first Halloween that I can remember. I think I was about four or five and my mom took me trick-or-treating. I was dressed as a witch, and I remember being so terrified of a chef animatronic that my mother had to carry me to get my candy! It’s hilarious now that I’m an adult, but if had asked five year old me, she would have told you that the boogeyman was chef boyardee.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Logic and common sense (cliche answer, right?). But, it’s not that simple. Let’s say, hypothetically, that any horror movie became real. Chucky, nightmare on elm street, buddy the unicorn, world war z, etc. Having the knowledge of these movies would help us survive because while, holy crap I’m in Chucky, At least I know to punt the runt like a football. World war z? We’ve all watched Zombieland. Double tap! (Ha) I’m just saying that I’m at least making it to the end credits.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would help my partner save for a house. And buying a full fridge of groceries. With today’s prices, a full tank of gas costs more than all of my makeup combined. Of course we would take a trip, but while it would be fun to blow it all on lavish purchases and luxury goods, we’ve still got responsibilities once the makeup has been washed away.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Do they have to be alive? I’m joking. Ozzy Osbourne. He’s hilarious and would definitely take the edge off of the whole impending doom feeling. Not to mention, God rest his soul, he would be an absolute beserker if Sharon was involved. For the living hero? My husband. We watch so many horror movies and disaster shows and we’ll have literal debates over the best survival methods. He’s my hero both on and off camera. My Gomez to my Morticia. We’re making it to sequel.
