What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

I reserve those for my childhood. Those are cherished memories of preparing costumes and visiting grandparents, giggling and delighting as we waited for them to guess who we were. In those days, we felt safe roaming our neighborhoods with our friends, comparing our cherished hauls of candy, excitedly running from house to house and shouting to friends at night because we were allowed to be on the street by ourselves in that little neighborhood after the streetlights came on.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would like to think so because I was a police officer for 37 years, and I usually don't panic, and I also come equipped, let's just say, and I know how to use that equipment properly and efficiently.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

Perhaps an investment.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

I have to be honest: as an Elvis fan, I really did enjoy Bruce Campbell's Bubba Hotep, so it would have to be Elvis Presley. And if it were somebody living, I guess it would have to be Bruce Campbell himself because he would keep me laughing my ass off! Police officers know all about humor in the face of adversity.
