What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
One Halloween I was out trick or treating with friends. One house we rang for candy. A lady opened the door and smiled then set out a tub of cold water and apples, and said we had to bob first before we got candy. We all laughed and went bobbing. One apple wouldn’t move until the quietest boy reached for it. The moment he bit in, every light on the street flickered once. She only nodded and then closed the door. We never saw her again. Was she a witch? That night it felt possible.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I don’t split up from the group. I don’t investigate the weird noise. I leave the second the vibes feel off. While the other characters are wandering into the basement “just to check,” you’re already in the car with the doors locked. I don’t fall. Im already thinking exit routes the moment i walk into a new place.
