What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

As a kid, Halloween meant wandering through spooky decorations with my brothers and sisters, then racing home with bags full of candy.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d make it to the end because I’ve learned that panic gets you killed in horror movies! I’d keep my head, trust my instincts, stick with my people, and never say, “I’ll be right back.” I’d rather face the creepy noise with a flashlight, a plan, and a healthy dose of common sense. After everything life has thrown at me, a haunted house would have to try pretty hard to scare me away!

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

First, I’d probably stare at it and make sure the $13,000 was actually real! 😂 Then I’d use it to give my family some security—pay down bills, put some into savings for emergencies, and use a little to make memories with the people I love. I’ve learned that money can disappear quickly, but security and memories are worth holding onto. And, of course, I’d save a little for something fun… because $13,000 shouldn’t all go to boring grown-up responsibilities!

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My kids. They’re my real-life heroes. We’ve survived some scary chapters together, and I know that if a horror movie ever came for us, we’d stick together, protect each other, and fight our way out. There’s no one I’d rather have beside me when things go bump in the night.
