What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experiences are the ones where I get to create the magic myself. From costumes and spooky decorations to creating horror stories and filming, Halloween has always been more than one night for me. It’s the one time of year when being a little weird, a little dark, and completely creative feels perfectly normal.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

Because I’ve watched enough horror movies to know exactly what NOT to do! 😂 I wouldn’t split up, investigate the creepy noise alone, trust the obviously suspicious stranger, or go back for the killer’s third jump scare. I’m observant, stubborn, resourceful, and I know how to think under pressure. And if all else fails… I’ve got a camera, a rolling pin, and absolutely nothing left to lose.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d put it toward my creative dreams. I’d invest in Sweet Deceptions and Project Arrowhead Films, upgrade some of my filmmaking equipment, and put money into creating the stories I’ve been carrying around in my head. I’d also make sure some of it goes toward giving my family a little more breathing room. If $13,000 is supposed to be unlucky, I’d have to prove it wrong.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

Jamie Lee Curtis. If I’m going into a horror movie, I’m bringing the woman who has survived Michael Myers! She’s tough, fearless, and knows exactly how to handle herself when things go sideways. If anybody can help me make it to the end credits, it’s Laurie Strode herself.
