Probably getting ready to fight every monster for my cousin when we were younger trick or treating.

I would just leave. Weird sound? Oh nice, thats someone elses problem now. Weird children? Im calling CPS...and leaving.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
With the (un)lucky 13k I would buy a used car for my mom who just had a stroke this last April and whos in need of transportation to and from her medical appointments. The rest would be used to knock down some of her medical bills.
