Halloween is my version of The Super Bowl! I’m a lifelong horror queen who lives for spooky season, wild costumes, & creepy ANYTHING.
Help your favorite Halloween fanatic appear in Rue Morgue Magazine, take home $13,000, and join Kane Hodder for a ghost hunt.
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
The Halloweens I’ve shared with my daughter are the most memorable. She is a baby horror queen! Seeing the scary magic through her eyes gives me an excuse to go even bigger with costumes and decor. I love that Halloween lets us be creative, and a lot weird.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I’d make it to the end because I’m observant, resourceful, stubborn, scrappy, and I know the horror-movie rules! I’m not investigating the creepy basement, splitting from the group, or saying “be right back.” I’ve handled enough real-life chaos and danger to know when to trust my instincts, and when to RUN. DUH!
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I’d use the $13,000 to take some pressure off tuition and living expenses while I finish my social work degree, give my daughter a little more security, and save a small piece for one ridiculously scary celebration. Practical first, haunted fun second!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My mom. She’s smart, fiercely protective, calm under pressure, and she’s always been someone I can count on. Plus, she’s a lawyer...so I feel like she’d have the evil dude's motive, timeline, and alibi holes figured out by 15 mins in.
