Horror and Halloween have a special place in my life that brings me comfort in an already chaotic world with no end in sight
Help your favorite Halloween fanatic appear in Rue Morgue Magazine, take home $13,000, and join Kane Hodder for a ghost hunt.
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
The Halloween I spent with my best friend and her husband using the app Randonautica and ending up in places that scared us so bad we literally thought we were being set up to be killed that night despite how good our intentions were for locations we asked the app to give us.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Based on classic horror movie rules I shouldn't survive, HOWEVER, I'm not dumb enough to fight the monster head-on, I understand some basic rules of witchcraft, and though I have a bad habit of exploring things that should be left alone, I still know there is a point where I should stop before I cause a massive curse because I wanted to see the leather bound book!
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Use it to start my life and give myself a little breathing room, and decorating my apartment like the live-in Spirit halloween store it will become!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Honestly despite all my heroes I would pick my grandma. She has been my horror influence as far back as I can remember. I remember being small and watching Tales from the Crypt with her hiding underneath her comforter until grandpa came home from work. I don't know how well we'll survive but I would love to experience that with her.
