The year I met my f/x teacher. I was bored so I volunteered at a haunted barn for abused horses.The last night of the barn the supervisor introduced me to a man that had decades of experience in f/x. He liked the vampire make-up I was wearing. I told him I made it myself and he invited me to his shop in Carmel Valley. He told me to bring pictures of my work and we would proceed from there. He only charged for materials and taught me enough to have a pretty good general foundation to advance from

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
I would want to survive with my f/x teacher. He was one of the few humans that I feel really understood me. Unfortunately he passed several years ago.
