From the first chill of October to the final credits of a horror marathon, my soul belongs to Halloween. I live for the scares.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
A few years ago, my friends and I visited a legendary local haunted road on Halloween night. We parked the car, turned off the lights, and just sat there waiting to get scared. Right on cue, the car radio started scanning through static on its own and all our phone batteries dropped to 1% simultaneously. We completely panicked and sped out of there. To this day, we still argue over whether it was a prank, a weird dead zone, or something actually paranormal.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Because I've watched enough horror movies to know the rules. I know better than to split up, my phone battery is always charged, I never trip over flat surfaces, and if I drop the car keys, I’m running on foot instead of fumbling on the floorboard.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Pay off debt
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Patrick Wilson. The man has spent fifteen years fighting demons in The Conjuring and Insidious, so he basically has a PhD in supernatural survival. He wouldn't panic when the lights flicker; he’d just calmly grab a flashlight and a Bible. Plus, he has the ultimate 'protective dad' energy. If a demon tries to possess me, Patrick will be right there screaming at the spirit to leave while looking sharp in a 1970s cardigan. We are making it to the sequel, no question.
