What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

Watching the neighborhood children be braver than the parents on halloween night. Every year we create a haunted attraction at our dear mothers house for the neighborhood. One year a little boy came up with his Mom in hand who was hesitant to enter the yard. After a well planned jumping spider lurched out, she was running away while the little boy was petting the spider. A horror fan in the making.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would take my family on a trip to explore the Paris catacombs. And after that, a road trip to hit as many haunted houses, asylums, and creepy sites I can find.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My late adopted grandmother Jane. She inspired my love for music, cooking, and her no nonsense attitude was legend. She knew her way around kitchen weapons; in fact I saw her on multiple occassions throwing knives at woodchucks getting into her garden. With her tasty dishes, army brat background, and tough but sweet nature, we could take on any horror movie together.
