Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My most memorable Halloween experience has got to be when I was a little girl, probably 5 or 6 years old, and I dressed as Sailor Moon. The show was brand new to American audiences and I didn’t know anyone else who watched it, and almost no one knew my costume. But then I went to a Trunk or Treat and there were 2 teenage girls also dressed as Sailor Moon characters. They were so excited to see my costume, and I was so excited to see theirs. It really made me feel seen.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Honestly, I would not make it to the end of a horror movie. I have Cystic Fibrosis, and have had 2 failed lung transplants. I can hardly walk without running out of breath, let alone run away. If anything I could maybe hide, but I could not run or fight back. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t try!
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I’m dying. Quickly. And there’s still so much I want to do with my life in the short amount of time I have left. If I won the $13,000 I would use it to make the most amazing memories and have the best experiences with my loved ones while I still can.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real life heroes are my parents. They have taken care of me my whole life, dropping everything when I’m in need, without any hesitation. And it has not been an easy life. They are also the most fun and creative people I know. They made me who I am today. I wouldn’t want to survive without them.
