Last Halloween, a group of friends and I explored an abandoned mansion rumored to be haunted. The flickering lanterns cast eerie shadows on cracked walls as creaking floorboards echoed beneath our steps. Suddenly, a chilling gust slammed a door shut, and we heard faint whispers from an empty room. Frozen in fear, we discovered it was an elaborate prank by one of our friends. Despite the scare, the laughter that followed made it a night to remember.

I'd make it to the end of a horror movie because I’m cautious, quick-thinking, and trust my instincts. I don’t investigate strange noises, split up from the group, or ignore obvious red flags. I stay alert, make smart decisions, and always have an escape plan. Survival is all about staying calm and thinking ahead—which I do best.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

If I won $13,000 while recovering from spinal fusion surgery, I'd prioritize my health. I'd invest in top-notch physical therapy, ergonomic home equipment for comfort, and any medical expenses not covered by insurance. I'd also set aside some for future healthcare needs and perhaps treat myself to something uplifting, like a relaxing getaway once fully recovered.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

Jamie Lee Curtis is my real-life hero because of her resilience, courage, and iconic roles in horror films. Her ability to face terrifying situations with strength and wit makes her the ultimate survivor. I'd want her by my side in a horror movie because she embodies fearless determination, quick thinking, and an inspiring presence that could help us overcome any nightmare.
