Teeta Madden

I have loved horror movies since I was too young to watch them. My home is horror themed even. Blood spatter is my favorite pattern.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

When I was in high school we visited a haunted house in the middle of nowhere and stood in line for hours hearing the screams, watching the people fall out of a drawbridge coming out. Our turn- we had to single file through the creepiest funnest haunt- at the end we smelled gas and heard a chain saw before we were chased out and ourselves, toppled out of the drawbridge.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’ve been a final girl all my life. Tragedy has never kept me from succeeding or loving people. I see the good in all things but make no mistake, I figure shit out and can read people like a book.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would take my family on a Halloween themed vacation in October and then pay some unlucky bills.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real life hero is my 14 year old son. He shows me every single day that I can do hard things. He’s smart as a whip, level headed and driven. Plus he’s a hell of a shot.
