I act in, write and direct horror because I feel that horror is an important part of what makes us human.

What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My first ghost experience at the age of 11. After trick or treating we went to spend the night at a family friends house in a canyon. We slept out in the yard and I was woken up at 3am by the sounds of car doors slamming on the road beneath the property. I got up and went over to look down where the sound was coming from and there were no cars. But there were the sounds of an argument there. After a scream everything went silent. No sounds of cars leaving and no sign of anyone being there.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Because I think like a killer. And I wouldn't drop my knitting needles without making dang sure the killer was dead. :D
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Film a horror short movie!
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Jamie Lee Curtis. No lie. I've admired her strength as a woman and breadth as an actor for a long time. Her personal kindness is also compelling. Also, she's survived a few horror movies so I think she'd have a good handle on what to do to stay alive.
