Horror films are more than there for the scares. It’s to develop story and character along with learning the lore.
We would like to thank you for supporting Ryan Cole in this years competition. Your participation helps aid the Starlight Children's Foundation in its mission to deliver happiness to seriously ill kids and their families through virtual reality experiences, fun hospital wear, games, and positivity!
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My most memorable Halloween experiences was in 2012, it was my last Halloween and I had just moved with my parents to a different state. It’s not necessarily a happy ending because it was my last Halloween but that’s exactly why it’s so memorable.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I wouldn’t, that’s the true terror of the movies. Knowing if you were in the situation, in most horror movies you wouldn’t make it. That’s why some movies are so scary even where there are no monster or ghouls, it’s the fact you can feel it being real.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
Put it towards my masters degree so I can become a mental health counselor. Gotta counsel those horror fans, we’re all a little messed up. That’s why we love the genre so much 😆
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
I would love to survive a horror movie with Screaming Mad George! Have you seen his practical effects? For a man to make things like that, nothing could phase him in a horror movie!
