I believe there's always beauty in darkness, and that Halloween is like art: it disturbs the comfortable and comforts the disturbed.

Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My 13th birthday party! I was born on November 7, so we used our leftover Halloween decorations to throw a Halloween-themed birthday party. It was amazing seeing my friends in their costumes again, and we had a blast. Not only is it my favourite Halloween experience, but one of my favourite birthday celebrations, too. I feel my thirteenth year was when I started properly indulging in the gothic aesthetics, music, media, and ideologies I love so much now.
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
Regardless of the genre (slasher, psychological, supernatural, etc.), I know I'd make it out alive. With work history in customer service and kitchen work, I'm good under pressure and in a crisis. I'm emotionally strong and not shaken too easily by the macabre. I'm deeply speculative and a bit of an overthinker, so you bet I'll think of every possible outcome before making my move. Finally, if nothing else, I'm resilient and stubborn as hell, surviving through sheer force of will.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I'd put it towards the recording and production of my music. I'm greatly inspired by the post-punk/new-wave greats like The Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees, as well as early '00s pop-punk like Paramore and Fall Out Boy. Even in its current form of acoustic demos, I've been told my music is darkly comforting regarding the subjects I write about and my lyrical style. I'd love the chance to be able to make something that resonates with others.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Winona Ryder would be the ideal candidate: she's been through her fair share of horror stories, and I've loved her in all of them. From toxic partners like in Edward Scissorhands, Heathers, and Girl, Interrupted to real (on-screen) monsters like in Beetlejuice, Bram Stoker's Dracula, or Stranger Things, I bet she's a gold mine of knowledge on how to face the world's horrors and the perfect addition to any team. Plus, she seems like she'd be amazing to work with.
