What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

When I dedicated (manic) weeks to creating an elaborate Dia de los Muertos costume for my beloved Dane (Rupert), who had crossed the rainbow bridge prior. Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

A classic, and often amusing, cliché in horror films is that the ‘dumb blonde’ character tends to be the one who makes it out alive. It’s a playful subversion of typical horror tropes and adds a layer of irony and humor to the genre, showing that sometimes the most unexpected characters are the ones who defy the odds. (Me)

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I would donate to local shelters I raise funds for, then I would invest the rest into my house after I pop a bottle of champagne for winning - but on everyone else like I won a nascar race.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

If Storm from the X-Men were my superhero, surviving a horror movie would be a breeze! With her ability to control the weather, she could summon lightning to zap any threats, create gusts of wind to ward off danger, and even calm the stormy situations. It would definitely make for a much safer and more exciting adventure!
