What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My favorite would be having a very spooky family photo shoot. My son, daughter and I all dressed up as ghosts and marauded around a cemetery. The groundskeeper was there and was happy to join our fun by playing our victim.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

First of all, I’m a female. That just gives us that edge. I would be crafty with hiding places and traps. Thinking quick on my feet. I wouldn’t ask if anyone is there, watch a vhs tape, go upstairs, leave the party alone, take a shortcut through the woods, go after the red balloon, will not leave the room and say “I’ll be right back” and never use someone else’s video or Polaroid camera…

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

It would be “gravely” important to donate a portion to DTCare for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. I would use some of the funds to throw a SPOOKTACULAR Halloween Party!!! The rest???? Save for a trip to England to visit the Alnwick Garden (botanical garden of poisonous plants).

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My partner in scary time. We make scary movie time, read scary stories, go to spooky events/plays, hit cemeteries and ghost tours. We will be going to a murder mystery with goats in a few weeks. She has had very significant health concerns and is on the transplant list…waiting. It has been amazing watching her live her life and fight through this with grace and dignity. One of my living heroes and one of my biggest supporters. She would definitely be my guest for the trip.
