I am a horror movie fiend. Born and raised. Build and work haunts when not going to them year round. It's in my blood & I'm down to share
You decide who wins the sinister $13,000, and meets Jamie Lee Curtis, Matthew Lillard, and Kane Hodder!
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My earliest actual memory is being carried at 3 through my first haunt by my uncle. The surgical room was brutal and I was in love with haunted houses from then on. From then on going up to the house where Freddy Krueger was giving out candy and homemade rootbeer was my childhood. My family has made every Halloween memorable because it is year round for us. Seeing the first haunted house I ever built together would be my other most memorable. My first death makeup!
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I've learned no matter how fast you run the killer walks faster. And since I am against splitting up whenever possible I believe taking the offense face to face initially would help. I don't believe in dropping the weapon or stopping til I know they are dead. No guessing & no heading off to check weird noises. Learn your surroundings as fast as possible and make them survive you as much as you survive them. I'm a nurse and if they can't run I'm better off, plus I can keep others alive for help.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
It sounds lame but the most terrifying thing in life these days is crippling debt. So I would pay that off. If there was anything left I would go on a tour of all the haunted houses in the U.S and U.K. I am a practical effects fanatic and haunted houses use them so much that it is a goal for me to get in depth and see them. I love the sets and gore makeup as much as the scares. Getting more effects for our haunted house would be another idea because so much gets put in by our showrunner.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
The people I would most likely end up in a horror movie with may not be my heroes but they would be if we were fighting for our lives and I can't imagine making it to the end without my closest friends. My real life heroes have all sadly passed so unless this is an amazing supernatural horror they won't be there. My grandma always taught me to take care of the people around you and she would have made it, and my dad told me to never fight someone less afraid to die than you. He fought a lot!
