Depends on the movie. A slasher flick is probably try to join up with the killer, a ghost story id try to just sleep through it lol Something crazy like a monster in the woods I believe I have enough survival knowledge to create something to destroy the creature.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I would definitely pay off some bills and with whatever is left save for a Halloween trip to Salem.
