What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experience(s) are the years I spent volunteering at a local domestic violence shelter. Every year, I’d collect donations, gather a team, and throw a Halloween party for the women and children at the shelter. I did this for 10 years.. until COVID hit. Those Halloween parties were more than just costumes and candy; they were a chance for these women and their kids to forget their troubles for a day and create fun memories together. It's something I'll always cherish.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I would make it to the end of a horror movie because I’d befriend the bad guy. I mean, think about it… I'm obsessed with horror movies, so I basically speak their language. I’d start by complimenting their mask or weapon of choice. Before you know it, we’d be bonding over our shared love of all things spooky and they'd totally spare me. Plus let's be real, who wouldn't want a friend who appreciates a good scare?

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

WHEN I win, I plan on turning an "unlucky" number into a building block for my dream home.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My parents are my real-life heroes, so choosing only one to survive a horror movie with would be impossible. My mom is the logical thinker, always giving the best advice and figuring out the smartest way to escape a scary situation. My dad will do whatever it takes to protect his daughters, so he’d probably be the decoy while I make my escape. Plus, he’d keep me laughing even when things get really intense, which is essential for surviving a horror movie. So yeah, I’d totally have to pick both.
