What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experience was the first time I ever encountered some of my now beloved horror classics on the street while I was trick or treating - imagine, tiny me in my Pirate Princess costume, turns the corner to be face with Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees. Immediately, I was terrified and they definitely played into it. After my moment of shock and fear, they handed me some candy and apologized for spooking me. I’ve loved slasher films ever since!

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I know alllll the tropes- never answer an unknown number, never wander ANYWHERE alone, especially to follow a strange sound you heard. From my favorite horror franchise, never say “I’ll be right back.” I’m terrifyingly single so no need to worry about not having sex or being suspicious of a significant other lol. Plus, I can fight like hell. I’ve got final girl energy for sure.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d use most of it to travel- there’s too many spooky places I haven’t seen! Paris Catacombs, the Hellfire Club in Ireland, Poveglia Island in Italy, I could go on forever. I would also use some of it to go back to school for criminology.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My hero is my Mama- she has been through lots of high pressure situations in her life and is the strongest person I know. She’s a badass and we’d be the ones in the final scene, limping out of the fog, bloodied but triumphant.
