What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

Halloween has always been my favorite—growing up on a dead-end street where all our neighbors knew each other, my parents decorated big every year. My dad would dress as a prop and scare kids, setting my standard for the holiday. I expect to be scared. He took me to my first horror movie, and after he passed, I realized my love for horror was his gift to me. That fearless spirit would carry me to the end of any scary movie.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d make it to the end of a horror movie because I know how to stay calm under pressure and think strategically. Years of studying horror taught me rule #1: never think you’re bigger than the program. Overconfidence kills—literally. The lone wanderers and impulsive heroes are always the first to go. I’d stick with the plan, stay alert, and outsmart whatever’s hunting us until the credits roll.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

$13,000 would be truly life-changing. I recently moved from Connecticut to Atlanta to chase my dream of becoming a celebrity makeup artist and media personality. Balancing a full-time job while furnishing a new home and finding my footing in a new city has been challenging. This prize would give me the financial freedom to invest in my craft, build my brand, and fully embrace the opportunities I came here to pursue.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life heroes are my siblings. As the youngest of five, I’ve seen them go to bat for me and stand up against any “bad guy,” both literally and metaphorically. Each of us brings a unique skill set—brains, bravery, resourcefulness, humor—that, combined, would make us an unstoppable team. In a horror movie, I wouldn’t just survive with them—I’d thrive, because we’ve been defeating monsters together our whole lives.
