I dressed up as belle from beauty and the beast in a MASSIVE ball gown. And it was Halloween in northern Canada. Sooo cold!

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
My home actually burnt down last month. I lost both of my cats and everything I owned. My older sister is moving to the city, and I’d like to just go with her and have a completely fresh start. So damage deposit, first and last months rent, and some furniture.
