Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
My most memorable Halloween was the year I worked at the Haunted Hayride at Griffith Park. For a whole season, I got to step into a world of fog, eerie lighting, haunted houses, and a trick-or-treat street that felt straight out of a movie. Every night was full of people ready to be scared and celebrate the season—it wasn’t just like working an event, it felt like starring in a horror film of my own
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I think I’d make it to the end of a horror movie because of my silence and observation skills. I’m not the one who runs in screaming—I know how to disappear into the shadows, hide, and hold my breath almost silently for as long as I need to. While others are fighting or panicking, I’d be lurking, watching, and staying a step ahead of the killer. Survival through strategy, not brute force
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
My podcast, Terror Time, is all about diving deep into horror movies—the history, the scares, the hidden gems, and why they stick with us. If I had the unlucky $13,000, I’d pour it right back into the show. I’d set up a little studio for our Closet Lights side project and invest in new lighting so we could give horror the eerie, cinematic glow it deserves. Basically, I’d turn cursed cash into killer content
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
My real-life hero is Jamie Lee Curtis—the ultimate Final Girl and an icon to me for her strength, humor, and passion for horror. She was also unbelievable in The Last Showgirl—absolutely blew me away. I’d want to survive a horror movie with her because I know we’d make it through together: she has the grit, I have the stealth, and together we’d be unstoppable
