What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

When I was a little girl, I loved trick-or-treating in my neighbourhood by the lake, soaking in every bit of Halloween magic from the first fallen leaf. One year, after filling my pillowcase with candy, I wandered to the shore… and in the thick, rolling fog, I realized I wasn’t alone.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

I’d make it to the end because fear doesn’t freeze me… it sharpens me. I push forward when everything screams to run. I adapt, hunt what hunts me, and become the nightmare’s worst mistake.

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’ve been working on my manuscript for many years. If I won $13,000, I would invest it in writing and publishing my novel to share my vision and my work with the world, showing how there is beauty in darkness.

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life superhero is my younger sister. Our bond is like Sam and Dean Winchester’s, unbreakable, fierce, and built to face darkness together. We work seamlessly under pressure, and with her by my side, I know we’d survive any horror movie.
