What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

As a lifelong dedicated horror fan and with having trained acting classes in high school, I’d clearly outsmart any slasher. 😊 My 6-year-old autistic son Skyler, my joy and inspiration, drives me to survive for him! I’d use my skills to bluff enemies and my love for horror to anticipate every twist—making it to the end to tell the tale aye? 🩸 🩸 🩸

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d turn the unlucky part…Into a part of MY horror show!! For me, to simply entertain and raise funds for Starlight via Colossal.org means so much to my blood soaked heart. We’d use my Alberta resilience—to create a chilling yet fun scene, turning our bad luck into a family legacy of scares and smiles for years to come! I’m not doing this for the money. It helps sure, but to meet my horror hero’s, to look over some professional scripts. That’s what I truly want. ❤️

Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?

My real-life hero is Bret Hart—his 1994 match vs Yokozuna hooked me on wrestling, and meeting him was a dream! Chris Jericho’s another fave. In horror, I admire Neve Campbell, Kane Hodder, Robert Englund, Jamie Lee Curtis, and all the Scream crew—too many icons to name! My family and my Savage Media by Danny Savage (that’s me, Daniel Turrett) are my superheroes. I’d pick Jamie Lee Curtis to survive a horror movie with. Her Halloween skills are EPIC.
