What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?

My most memorable Halloween experience is having an annual purge shoot every year on Halloween.

Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.

Because I’ve got the perfect mix of survival instincts and main-character energy. I pay attention to my surroundings, so I’m not wandering into dark basements after hearing a creepy noise—I’m already halfway down the street calling an Uber. I ask the right questions (or better yet, avoid the wrong ones), and I adapt quickly if the danger changes. Zombies run now? So do I—faster. I never split up from the group, and if anyone suggests it, they get the “are you insane?” look. Plus, I’m likable!

What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?

I’d split it between smart moves and fun ones. First, I’d knock out any high-interest debt and tuck a chunk into savings or investments so Future Me can chill. Then I’d treat myself—maybe a trip somewhere I’ve always wanted to go, upgrade a few life essentials, or finally start that creative project I’ve been dreaming about. It’s about balance: a little grown-up responsibility, a little “main character in my own movie” energy.
