I live Halloween—my room’s a haunted lair, I binge horror from Nosferatu to ghost hunts on YouTube. Fear isn’t a thrill, it’s home.
You decide who wins the sinister $13,000, and meets Jamie Lee Curtis, Matthew Lillard, and Kane Hodder!
Dying to know what Face of Halloween is all about?
What’s your most memorable Halloween experience?
One Halloween night, I toured Alcatraz and the Winchester Mystery House. At Winchester, something icy gripped me—hard. In the corridor Sarah built to trap spirits, my shirt was yanked violently. I spun—no one there. But others saw it happen. Back at Alcatraz, I heard whispering in an empty cell: “She followed you.” Since then, mirrors crack around me every October. I haven’t slept through Halloween since
Tell us why you would make it to the end of a horror movie.
I’ve felt unseen hands grip me, heard voices in dead silence, and walked through real haunted halls without breaking. Fear sharpens me—I don’t panic, I hunt. While others beg for mercy, I fight with instinct and fire. I’ve been marked by the paranormal and lived to tell it. In a horror movie, I wouldn’t just survive—I’d be the reason the nightmare ends.
What would you do with the unlucky $13,000?
I'd book a one-way night tour through the most haunted places on Earth—Salem, the Catacombs of Paris, Chernobyl... and bring whatever follows me back to San Francisco. I’d document it all, every shadow, every whisper, every scratch. Then I’d buy a mirror, a Ouija board, and a house no one dares enter. $13,000 won’t save me—but it might just wake something up.
Who is your real-life hero who you would want to survive a horror movie with?
Jamie Lee and Sigourney are legends, but if I could bring one person back to survive with me, it’d be my grandpa Art—no question. He’s gone now, but the man had nerves of steel and a don’t-mess-with-me attitude that could scare off any monster. He’d light a cigarette in the face of evil, crack a joke, and keep moving. With him at my side, we wouldn’t just survive—we’d own the horror story.
